Yes, a Poroma...but with an odd relationship to pilosebaous units, probably due to the onset in a nevus sebaceous.

Poroid neoplasm with sebaceous differentiation arising in a nevus sebaceus. There are features of hidracanthoma simplex and close association with pilocebaceous structures suggests apocrine origin probably due to nevus sebaceus-influenced oncogenicity.
