Insect bite reaction. There are some features of EED, however, ulceration is unusual.

Need correlation; hypertensive ulcer, infection,perforated disorders, lymphoproliferative diseases, insect bites, vasculopathies,.......

I'm struggling. Looks benign. Deep and vertical puts me off perforating collagenosis (although I did consider) and quite inflammatory pattern.
