other DD is if there are multiple pigmentations and papule, with a family history

Warty dyskeratoma (if a single lesion)

Grover disease or Acantholytic dermatosis of the genitocrural area (if multiple)

Lovely extra image from Friday's case now posted (no one has got it so far - it's a case from Australia).

Agree with the above, Darier's-like pattern (DDx Grover's, Solitary acanthoma, Darier's)

Yes, I went with acantholytic acanthoma. Solitary lesion, no family history. Warty dyskeratoma works as well.
