Acantholytic acanthoma (if single) or Grover's disease (if multiple). 

Lacuna and thick parakeratosis: Darier's disease

other DD is if there are multiple pigmentations and papule, with a family history

Galli Galli disease

Warty dyskeratoma (if a single lesion)

Grover disease or Acantholytic dermatosis of the genitocrural area (if multiple)

Also add Darier disease to the DDX.

Agree with the above, Darier's-like pattern (DDx Grover's, Solitary acanthoma, Darier's)

Yes, I went with acantholytic acanthoma. Solitary lesion, no family history. Warty dyskeratoma works as well.
