Sorry Uma I had mean't case 2371 (not 2372). It is a vulval case.

Not sure what this one is. Actinic keratosis with subtle dysplasia crossed my mind.

Hi everyone,

My apologies for the clinical story. It's not correct (not the staff's fault-I gave them the wrong history!). The correct clinical is "65 year old woman with vulvar lesion". Please let me know what you all think based on this new history.

Also richard, I went back to case 2371 and put in an update. Thanks for catching that.

Yes, differentiated VIN. One of the better examples I've seen, which does a good job of showing what atypia should look like in this lesion. The atypia may be more subtle than this, which is the pitfall for most practitioners.
