Follicular mucinosis .Mycosis fungoides and HIV are among possible causes.

Mucin stains are advised.

Favor folliculotropic mycosis fungoides. Several eosinophils and multiple lesions are in keeping with MF.

Follicular mucinosis. Probably MF because I can almost see the epidermotropic lymphocytes in the background epidermis.

Follicular MF. Patient has a classic presentation, as well as patches of MF elsewhere.
