The tumor is characterized by a multilayered, perivascular, concentric growth of relatively uniform spindle cells positive for SMA. It's clearly benign so how to call it is just an academic exercise. Because of the characteristic perivascular, concentric growth, I think the best diagnosis is myopericytoma.

Agree it's somewhat academic. I'd be happy with glomangiomyopericytoma or myopericytoma (i.e. a benign pericytic tumour).
