Trichofolliculoma. Even though saw some inner root sheath differentiation. Not really see the architecture of panfolliculoma.

Many follicular components. A hair cortex comedo with matrix differentiation, a trichoepithelioma/trichiblastoma-like differentiation with pmb, an infundibular cystic component and an ORS. Not sure about an inner root sheath one, but...why not a panfolliculoma?

My impression is trichofolliculoma, too. Almost all of the small buds are completely developed hair follicles. Therefore I don't favor a panfolliculoma.

Trichofolliculoma (cross cutting at the edge of the lesion most likely).
