Solitary fibrous tumor / schwannoma.

Less likely to be melanoma / synovial sarcoma.

For Immunos.

spindle cell tumor. No atypia. no inflammatory cells. Some cytoplasmic vacuoles seen

? Benign peripheral nerve sheath tumor.IHC needed

Spindle cell tumor, for immunos, I'd like to add SMA to R/O Smooth muscle tumors.
