Cell-poor subepidermal blister.

In the last picture, I think there are caterpillar bodies. I favor porphyria. My differentials are pseudoporphyria, epidermolysis bullosa.

Cell-poor subepidermal blister, caterpillar bodies and a hyaline papillary dermal fibrosis ( I'm not sure about perivascular hyalinosis ), make me think of Porphiria Cutanea Tarda.
