Small, dome-shaped, but structurally asymmetric and not maturing melanocytes lesion.

Angiomatoid reaction and Kamino's bodies push toward a Spitz nevus diagnosis, but mitosis in deep dermis and hypercromatic nuclei ( there are vesicular atypical nuclei, but also hypercromatic nuclei ) aren't consistent with this one. 

I don't s see atypical mitosis, nodular-pushing intradermal growth or epidermal prominent pagetoid spread.

Difficult. 

Favor a Spitz Nevus, because this is a 11 y/o girl. 

A conservative enlargement could be the prudential approach, because of affected dermal margin.
