yes trichoadenoma i was also concerned about MAC considering the location and age, however morphology does not suggest MAC

Dr. Chaudhry final comment on the case - please see below;

 

Dear All - Thank you for your comments and the correct diagnosis. 

The images show skin with a rare benign follicular tumour composed of cords of epithelial cells and cornifying cysts embedded in sclerotic stroma. 

The features are those of Trichoadenoma of Nikolowski.
