F66, Erythematous rash over the face, erythematous scaly rash over the neck, upper chest and upper back (shoulders) as well as on the upper limbs.

Lupus, probably acute with systemic involvement.

Distribution over the neck, upper chest, upper back, shoulders (Shawl sign) is characteristic of dermatomyositis.

I think there is a strong component of polymorphous light eruption, here.

Histopathologically, this can be seen in LE or Dermatomyositis. Clinical and laboratory correlation was consistent with dermatomyositis.
