Sebaceous adenoma. The patient had a recent diagnosis of colon carcinoma. In the report we linked this diagnosis to the Muir Torre syndrome, and suggested testing may be an appropriate next step, if requested by the patient.

if the patient had a recent diagnosis of colonic carcinoma, most likely she's got IHC resting for mismatch repair proteins done already. It's routine to do DNA mismatch proteins by IHC on all newly diagnosed colonic carcinoma (assuming it's an adenocarcinoma) in the USA.
