? Another DM. Ok, agree, but I would like know about lymphoid infiltrate. Probably reactive, but not sure.

DM, the  lymphoid infiltrates are reactive and thats the clue

Yes well done Vincenzo this is indeed desmoplastic melanoma (DM) and CLL (same patient as last week but this is 6 years on).

I too noticed the lymphoid infiltrate had changed!!! (easily missed when one is already concentrating on not missing DM).

Don't forget it's really common to see CLL as a second pathology in patient's in the elderly range and I love to put dual pathology in exams!!!
