31F, Umbilicus punch biopsy. Likely PG, but differential include a MM.

I think this is urachal remnant.  I am not sure how to explain the inflammatory component and red cell extravasation.

On second thoughts, the stromal changes and bleeding fit better with endometriosis.  I can see why the age and sex of the patient were witheld!
