Epithelioid fibrous histiocytoma.

I was thinking of a Touton cell-poor xanthograsnuloma, but it should have been spared adnexa...So DF fits better, or also a solitary reticulohistiocytoma.

Xanthogranuloma. A lot of overlap between reticulohistiocytoma and XG. I did not use CD163, but this marker can be used to exclude epithelioid fibrous histiocytoma. The fibrocytes in ECH will not stain w this marker.
