Sub epidermal split, eosinophils (image 9) age, site = bullous pemphigoid.

That’s weird. Half of it seems a PCT and half a BP...

I agree with Richard. Abdominal skin isn’t the right place for PCT.

Eos + subepidermal blister is = BP as a initial diagnosis. DIF can be of great help
