64 year old female with lesion of the left caruncle.

This is a benign, epithelial-lined cyst containing sero-mucinous material.  The lining is more columnar than stratified squamous in nature.  The magnifications presented make it difficult to assess the cytology of the lining cells, but I wonder if this is an oncocytoma.

What about early endocrine-mucin producing sweat gland carcinoma? Second DD would be oncocytoma.
