43 year old male with scalp lesion.

There is a nodular lesion almost located on deep dermis and subcutis, surrounded by basement membrane. The tumor is made up of confluent, lobulated and well defined nest of keratinocytes with a little bit of peripheral palisading, squamous eddies, a few diskeratotic cells, mitotic activity, trichilemmal keratinization and non infiltrative border.

To me, this is a proliferating trichilemmal cyst.

Sorry, a slight edit. Proliferating trichilemmal tumor. As some of these are locally aggressive, the moniker of tumor is used to better document their uncertain malignant behavior.
