Microscopic polyangiitis with essinophilia vs esinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (allergic granulomatosis) vs polyarteritis nodosa with esinophilia for clinical and lab correlation.

Leukocytoclastic vasculitis of a deep vessel, arteriolar type, with eosinophils infiltrate...are there any extravascular granulomas in fig1?

medium size artery is involved with fibrinoid necrosis and eosinophils

MPA or churg strauss , lung imaging
