Epithelioid hemangioma (angiolymphoid hyperplasia with esinophilia)

ALHE or Kimura. Large lymphoid follicles and deeper location, more common in Kimura

I definitely favoured epithelioid haemangioma over Kimura's disease, but agree that this is the differential.

I was happy that there is convincing epithelioid change to the vessels here, the vacuolisation of the endothelial cells is a further clue.

Kimura's is vanishingly rare in our demographic population.
