I know the type A/B/C/D of Lymphomatoid Papulosis, but type E LP is a foreign chapter for me...?Lymphomatoid Papulosis type E.

2015 looks ALTCL.

2018 looks Lyp.

So I think of "Borderline CD30 positive lymphoproliferative disorder or CD30 positive lymphomatoid papulosis- Anaplastic large T cell lymphoma, Angioinvasive type.

could be type E LP which has anglocentric atypical lymphoid infiltrate but need other markers for cytotoxic phenotype like granzyme/perforin and also EBV RNA in situ on the sample. Pet Scan to make sure there are no internal lesions and these cases need follow up for years

Angioinvasive/angiodestructive LyP (type E)

Yes this was CD30+ lymphoproliferative disorder and LyP based on clinical follow-up. Agree quite and angiocentric / angiodestructive pattern.
