User Feedback

A poorly demarcated, dermal and subcutaneous, proliferation of endothelial cells, with solid or vascular, capillary type, growth. Moderate perivascular inflammation. An intravascular fibrous sclerotic organization, probably a trombus, helps me to think of a Reactive Angioendotheliomatosis.

There is some kind of bluish material all the way, may be mucin like, interstitial histiocytes and deep palisaded granuloma with degenerated collagen bands inside of it. Looks like GA to me.

Interesting case. I confused a palisaded granuloma for a vein.
