xanthoma , let us get the lipid profile so we can classify whether it is lipemia xanthoma or normolipemic xanthoma

There is a report of a solitary variant of NX without paraproteinemia over the thigh.

Tendinous xanthoma. Patient has normal lipid profiles. There are reports of NXG type changes in patients with lesions that otherwise look like tendinous or tuberous xanthoma. No paraproteinemia documented in this patient and no other lesions.

can we call it as normolipemic xanthoma presenting as solitary xanthoma leg. were there no lesions

it could be not one of the plant sterols

since no paraprotein documented we need to monitor the patient
