Granulomatous rosacea on histology, likely to be phymatous clinically.

I saw features of both, rhinophyma (lymphedema) and granulomatous rosacea (granulomatous reaction)!

Yes, you are quite right, this is rhinophyma. The case came in my routine batch the previous week. It is a fairly straightforward case (the diagnosis was provided by the clinician), but I thought that the histology was so beautiful that I had to include this case for Dermpath Pro!
