Vascular tumor composed by plump endothelial cells, vascular channels in a sclerotic stroma with lymphoid infiltrate at the periphery. This is an Epithelioid hemangioma

Esinophils in the 6th image says epitheioid hemangiona.

Wholly agree with Colleagues. It’s usually a solitary lesion, but multiple EH have been described. Nice case. 
I’ve just seen some typical examples at Calonje’s Conference in Modena, today.
