Aneurysmal FH with unusual cystic structures, some are lined by squamous epithelium and some has lining that looks cuboidal similar to hidrocystoma. Interesting lesion!.

Aneurysmal fibrous histiocytoma. Similar lesions with associated apocrine glands have been described in the literature as 'adenodermatofibroma'.

I've signed out a similar case a couple of weeks ago. The lesion was big because of the cystic component, what raised clinical suspicion for malignancy. In addition, there was a focal micropapillary hyperplasia, as often seen in hydrocystomas.

Thanks Dr Uma Sundran aneurysmal fibrous histicytoma is a good diagnosis. What about angiomatoid fibrous histicytoma since there is an endothelial lining ????
