Favor Ganglioneuromatous Hamarthoma/Ganglioneuroma of the tongue. 
Bizarre lesion...looks like a combined tumor: DF+SFT+Ganglioneuroma.

May be also a normal subepithelial lingual neural plexus with ganglion cells but I didn’t see anyone before....
