Macronucleola/fascicular pattern/foamy cytoplasm. ?Clear cell sarcoma   ?Metastatic renal cell clear cell carcinoma   ?Clear cell AFX(age?).

I would like to add sebaceous carcinoma as a differential diagnosis, but I think this is a baloon cell melanoma.

The final diagnosis was clear cell AFX !!! From immuno and final excision may I add
