? EH. but with not much eosinophils, 

do we need to do FOSB to see nuclear positivity or not needed

Beautiful case, there is a nodular dermal proliferation of small blood vessels lined by plumped endothelial cells, widening of vascular wall, tons of lymphocytes, perivascular and concentric fibrosis, absence of eos, but still... good enough for Epithelioid Hemangioma.

Epithelioid hemangioma.  I also considered cutaneous epitheloid angiomatous nodule.
