Looks to be a combo of fillers and tattoo.

Agree with labial hyaluronic acid pseudo-cystic filler.

There´s hyaluconic acid, no doubt, but I´m not sure about the red-brown substance.

not seen fillers

could it be extravasated mucous cyst . however the pigmentation I don't know. just pigment incontinence. let me see for the final answer

Hyaluronic acid.  The other color is the ink that was used to color the tissue.
