Livedoid vasculopathy - intraluminal thrombosis, proliferation of the endothelium and segmental hyalinization of dermal vessels. There is female preponderance in the ratio of 3:1. Disease manifestations start either in late adolescence or middle age.

I see intracapillary microtrombosis, but not vascular segmental hyalinization. I think this is an acute event, and it could be a drug induced  purpuric dermatitis.

This was diagnosed as Lividoid vasculopathy (atrophie blanche), clinical was typical too
