Desmoplastic trichoepithelioma - narrow strands of basaloid tumor cells, keratinous cysts, calcifications and a desmoplastic stroma. Face is a common site, the lesion is usually solitary.

Desmoplastic trichoepithelioma. The only thing to remember is that the top of a microcystic adnexal carcinoma can look similar, and cannot be excluded on a superficial biopsy.
