To me this is an adnexal neoplasm with sweat gland differentiation. Looks benign. I considered both hidradenoma and chondroid syringoma. The lack of discrete duct structures makes me favor hidradenoma. 

It's missing the chondroid component, syringomatoid ducts and the plasmocytoid infiltrate for Mixed Tumor.

I thought this showed overlapping features of both Hidradenoma and chondroid syringoma. Importantly, not a BCC! The other important issue is to exclude a pleomorphic adenoma with extension from the parotid, since the lesion is on the cheek.
