M30, Skin colored to dark papules over the abdomen, lower back and upper extremities of gradual onset and slowly progressive course since 15 years.

Syringomata.  Never saw them in this widespread anatomical distribution however.

Perhaps "eruptive" is not a good designation for something that has been slowly evolving for 15 years!

Indeed, generalised eruptive syringoma. New crops erupted every now and then.
