Chromoblastomycosis complicating foreign body granulomatous reaction.

I'm not able to distinguish chromoblastomycosis from other pigmented fungal agents, but like the above diagnosis.

Foreign body reaction to vegetal tissue plus infection by Hyalohyphomycosis. I do not think these are sclerotic bodies from chromoblastomycosis.
