Difficult for me. Something like actinic keratosis...why not a Disseminated Superficial Actini Porokeratosis?

It's difficult. I have been thinking and searching. What about  Human polyomavirus reaction such as HPyV6- and HPyV7-associated pruritic and dyskeratotic dermatosis.

Grover disease with sun-induced lentiginous freckling has been described which histologically resembles Dowling Degos/Galli-Galli or solar lentigo. Vice-versa, atypical variants of Galli-Galli disease have been described with Grover disease like eruption and lentigenous freckling. And some of the authors consider that the cases of Grover's disease with lentigenous pattern are variants of atypical Galli-Galli disease. With the current literature I am not sure of this distinction.

Difficult to fit into a single diagnosis. Clinically Flegel's, but histologically looking like stucco keratosis.

Very interesting responses especially from Meenakshi. I opted for Grover's with solar lentigo-like and Galli Galli-like features.
