67M, 8/12 history of lesion right cheek, increase in size past 2/12. Wart virus?

A trichilemmoma ( focally desmoplastic ) could be a good spot.  But favor an irritated SK.

Dr Chaudhry: Diagnosis given was Inverted follicular keratosis. Differential is desmoplastic trichilemmoma, however, it was felt the sclerotic part was due to trauma.
