?Erythema nodosum in an unusual site.  Single lesion or new lesion after other ones?

granulomatous inflammation-sarcoid like

No atypia seen. no necrosis, was there any dermal lesions

needs investigations

is the lesion ulcerating in other areas, Proximal ES hope is unlikely in this case

My profound apologies on this very late post. Covid 19 is challenging to manage. SC sarcoid. Cells are histiocytes and CD163 positive. No other lesions and lesions do not ulcerate. Stay safe, everyone!
