It looks like Hidradenoma to me.

Porous Hidradenoma. These two entities show a lot of overlap. My apologies for the lateness of the post. The state just shut down all normal processes, so people are scrambling for some semblance of normalcy. Hope you are all well and staying healthy during these challenging times.
