77M, Left cheek, Punch biopsy. Several months non-healing lesion. E/o Firm nodule under skin. ?Cyst. ?Atypical SCC.

The expression of melanocytes markers HMB45is reduced and they express S100 and SOX10

Yes. I agree with melanoma. I could appreciate some intranuclear cytoplasmic protrusion that would be a clue for melanocytic differentiation.
