Thinking of lymphangioma circumscriptum. But not sure.

Mmm!? Massive localized lymphedema is usually a lesion of thigh or pubic area.. What you guys thing about?

Atypical vascular lesion ?if there is any history of radiotherapy

There is no history of breast carcinoma or radiation. I ended up calling this hobnail hemangioma.

hobnail hemangioma is it mandatory to do Myc IHC or not needed

In the absence if any such history, agree with hobnail hemangioma.
