Morphology is reminiscent of Spindle Cell Uveal Melanoma, type A . So it could be a cutaneous metastasis of UM. But most cases metastasize to the liver.
Difficult case, without IHC and CPC.

The features are those of a spindle cell melanoma positive for the melanocytes markers.
