89F, Left anterior thigh excision. Black nodule 1/12 new lesion.

Morphology is reminiscent of Spindle Cell Uveal Melanoma, type A . So it could be a cutaneous metastasis of UM. But most cases metastasize to the liver.
Difficult case, without IHC and CPC.
