The homoginized eosinophilic material looks keratin. If so I want to add malignant proliferating trichilemmal tumor to the differential diagnoses.

Agree, looks biphasic with cellular stroma which is myxoid. Wondered about a mixed tumour but agree looks rather pilar. Could run p16, p53 to see if it's got a mutant pattern. CD34 would help confirm lower outer root sheath differentiation (although tricholemmal carcinoma are typcially CD34 negative).
