There is an upper dermal perivascular and periadnexal lymphocytic infiltrate, associated with vasodilation.  The basement membrane appears thickened and prominent in images 1-3, but less so in closeup in image 4.  Strangely there is no associated epidermal interface inflammation.  I suspect this is LE, but rosacea would also have to be considered.
