79F, Right upper back - shave biopsy. 10x12mm, pink dome shaped lesion.

Palisaded encapsulated neuroma ( it seems multiple, but it’s probably a multilobated growth ).

Favour plexiform schwannoma. EMA staining can help define the perineurium (expected capsule in schwannoma). These are not necessarily neurofibromatosis associated (unlike plexiform neurofibroma which pretty much only occur in NF1 - they are also fully encapsulated by perineurium but have myxoid component).
