I think this is an adenoid cystic carcinoma.

This is a difficult case for me. Not sure about adenoid cystic carcinoma. Favor an ACC-like eccrine benign tumor.

Cytological atypia is not signifcant, there is mucin. I would consider polymorphous sweat gland carcinoma.

Great comments. The patient has no history of a salivary gland neoplasm. We too favored a low grade eccrine carcinoma, ACC like, and asked for complete excision.
