Thank you so much. This amazing site has caused me an addiction syndrome, and therefor I was beginning to feel withdrawal.

A benign adnexal tumor, with small trichoblastic, simulating embryonic follicular germs, surrounded by overwhelming papillary mesenchymal body-like stroma. 

What about a trichoblastic fibroma ( aka small nodular trichoblastoma ) ?

Agree with Vincenzo. Trichoblastic fibroma is the best option.
