59 year-old female with left small finger mass.

Agree with Colleagues. However Myofibroma, myopericytoma and angioleiomyoma show often overlap features.

In this case the acral site fits the diagnosis of Myofibroma, but sincerely favor ANGIOLEIOMYOMA. 

Instead the predominant feature, here, is a smooth muscle cells, concentric pattern, with a

perivascular accentuation. ?desmin.
